Wanna know what I love about today?

One of my favorite TV shows finally released it's first season on DVD.

If you haven't seen The Glades....you need to ASAP. The show is based in Florida (where I'm originally from) and the storyline always keeps me on the edge of my perch.

Livin' La Vida Hootie: Seattle Edition

I just got back from an awesome weekend in rainy SeattOWL, Washington. Don't worry, I didn't let the grey skies rain on my parade.

First stop was the world famous Public Market Center:

Bungalow Suite

Welcome to one of my favorite rooms at the place I call home. This is the Bungalow Suite and it's SWEET!

The room has a mini fridge:

A couch and some chairs...

And 2 TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). They both play my favorite channel....

If you don't want to watch TV you can play some video games...

Hootie Dam

I'm not just traveling the world this summer, but also visiting some cool places in my hometown to show you everything Vegas has to offer.

This weekend I flew about 30 minutes east and ended up at the Hoover Dam. There's a new bridge over the dam that just opened so I decided to check that out first. Good thing I'm not afraid of heights...

  Look at these desert rocks...It's very brown around here.

One of the coolest parts about the Hoover Dam is that it is in Nevada and Arizona. I stood in the middle and was WINGing in both states.

I got a little nervous when I ran into this dam sign.

I thought the dam police would be very strict, but they were cool about it. They even changed the name from the Hoover Dam to the "Hootie Dam" for the day.

One side of the Hootie Dam overlooks Lake Mead. I think I'm going to have to rent a boat the next time I go out there and do some wakeboarding and tubing.

If you ever go, you have to take the tour. It's so much fun!

After a fun filled day at the Hootie Dam it was back to the big city, bright lights and the fabulous Hooters Casino Hotel.

After my brothers and sisters heard about me traveling the World this summer they got a little jealous. You know how siblings can be! I'm tired of getting my feathers ruffled, so I made them a deal.

San Diego

If you guessed that I was in San Diego this weekend.....you were right!

My first stop was Hooters (of course) and here I am with one of my San Diego girls....

It was the perfect weekend filled with some fun in the sun!

I took some surf lessons...

Hung out on the beach....

Made some Fire Department friends....

Flew along the Pacific Coast Highway....

Visited the San Diego Zoo Safari Park....

And hung out on the pier....

That's when I started to get hungry and ran into a problem.

If no one was going to feed me, I knew I had to feed myself.

Apparently those signs are no joke. I ended up getting into a little bit of trouble....

But it was nothing I couldn't talk myself out of! After a fun long weekend I'm glad to be back home at the Hooters Casino Hotel. I've got some cool new things to show you in the next few days so make sure you come back and visit!
